The conference is co-sponsored by the Institute for Energy Law and the Institute for Litigation Studies of the Center of American and International Law and the Section of Environment, Energy and Resources of the American Bar Association.
Burke is an attorney with the water contamination litigation team at Baron & Budd, P.C., representing over 140 municipalities, public water authorities, and school districts.
