Baron & Budd is seeking a 1-3+ year associate to represent plaintiffs in asbestos and personal injury cases. Qualified applicants must be highly motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and a desire to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment.  Candidates must have strong written and oral advocacy skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Candidate will be expected to build and maintain client relationships, manage and prioritize multiple projects and assume significant case management responsibilities right away. Previous asbestos litigation experience is a plus.

Briefing Attorney

Large national Plaintiff’s firm in Dallas, TX seeks experienced full-time briefing attorney. Ideal candidate will have significant state and federal litigation experience at the appellate level with a solid track record of favorable results. This position will assume responsibility for several practice areas including products liability and catastrophic injury. Applicants must have at least 6–10 years post JD appellate practice experience. In addition to superior oral advocacy skills, the ideal candidate must possess exceptional research, analytical and writing skills.
