Santa Barbara City Attorney Recommends Baron & Budd for Oil Spill Lawsuit

The Santa Barbara City Attorney has recommended that the city retain the services of Scott Summy, shareholder of the environmental law firm Baron & Budd, as they pursue claims for damages related to the Refugio oil spill earlier this year.

According to Mr. Summy, "It is unfortunate that the actions of an oil and gas company has resulted in damages to the City. I am honored to assist the City of Santa Barbara to make sure the City is fully compensated for any past and future losses that are associated with this unlawful incident.”
