Summy heads the water contamination litigation team at Baron & Budd, P.C. He is lead counsel to over 140 municipalities, public water authorities, and school districts seeking clean-up costs for contaminated drinking water supplies. Contaminants of concern involved in Summy’s practice include MTBE, lead, atrazine, perchlorate, TCE, TCP, and PCE.
