DALLAS, Texas (February 9, 2006) – Baron & Budd, P.C. Shareholder Brent M. Rosenthal will speak at the LexisNexis Wall Street Forum on Asbestos held today in New York. Rosenthal will serve as a panelist for a forum entitled “Legislating Asbestos: Update on State & Federal Tort-Reform Efforts.”

As the head of Baron & Budd’s Appellate/Legal Issues Section, Brent oversees the firm’s substantial appellate caseload.
