Simone Stallings joined Baron and Budd as an attorney in 2024. She is part of the document review team that works with the Class Action, Environmental, Qui Tam, and Opioid Litigation Groups.

Ms. Stallings earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from Howard University in Washington D.C., where she graduated cum laude in 2017. Shortly after graduation, Ms. Stallings had the opportunity to take on a fall internship with the Dallas District Attorney’s Office. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor in May 2022 from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. During her time at TMSL, Ms. Stallings became a student ambassador and maintained her status on the Dean’s List from fall 2021 through spring 2022.

Simone Stallings is a first-generation lawyer in her family and has gained experience in personal injury, immigration, and guardianship law. Ms. Stallings knew at the age of 5 that law was her passion, and she looks forward to expanding her enthusiasm and knowledge with the Baron & Budd team.

In her free time, Ms. Stallings can most likely be found working out or watching old movies. She also enjoys traveling with her family.
