Sean Affleck

Sean Affleck is an attorney in Baron & Budd’s Opioid Litigation Group. He joined the firm in 2024.

Mr. Affleck brings more than a decade of experience representing clients in litigation and real estate matters. Formerly serving as a managing attorney at a law firm specializing in residential real estate, Mr. Affleck then narrowed his focus to complex commercial litigation, working with difficult cases involving numerous stakeholders and multifaceted claims.

Mr. Affleck is an alumnus of Florida State University and Florida Coastal School of Law. He furthered his legal acumen by obtaining a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2009.

When he is not practicing law, Mr. Affleck enjoys riding his vintage BMW motorcycle and exploring new destinations. Whether he is experimenting with culinary creations, golfing (poorly) with friends, or (occasionally) hitting the gym, Mr. Affleck embraces a well-rounded lifestyle.
