Kenneth Whittaker is an attorney at Baron & Budd. He joined the firm in 2024 as is part of the firm’s document review team that works with the Class Action, Environmental, Qui Tam, and Opioid Litigation Groups.
Mr. Whittaker graduated from Boston University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, focusing on China and International Systems. Afterward, he attended The George Washington Law School in Washington, D.C., graduating in 2020.
During law school, Mr. Whittaker focused his attention on entertainment and intellectual property law. He interned for the Recording Industry Association of America, where he assisted in drafting the Consumer Online Privacy Rights Act bill, which was presented to Congress in 2021. After graduating law school, Mr. Whittaker worked in commercial litigation.
Mr. Whittaker’s choice to pursue a career in law is rooted in the profound influence of his grandfather, who was a dedicated attorney himself. At Baron & Budd, Mr. Whittaker looks forward to honoring his grandfather’s legacy, as well as making a meaningful contribution to society.
