Kennedi Eaton joined Baron & Budd as an attorney in 2024. She is a part of the firm’s document review team that works with the Class Action, Environmental, Qui Tam, and Opioid Litigation Groups.

Ms. Eaton is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management in 2019. While in college, she studied international business for a semester at Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain. In 2023, Ms. Eaton received her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina. While in law school, Ms. Eaton served as Managing Editor of the Charleston Law Review as well as Vice President of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Student Edition. Ms. Eaton also gained valuable experience during law school interning for a family court judge and working for both family law and civil law firms.

Ms. Eaton enjoys indulging her passions outside of law. Whether she’s reading as many books as she can in a year (her record is 113), playing pickleball (poorly), spending time with her dogs or participating in intramural kickball with her friends, Ms. Eaton embraces a well-rounded lifestyle. She is also an ardent fan of the Tennessee Vols.
