Emily Lambert joined Baron Budd as an attorney in 2025. Ms. Lambert is part of the firm’s document review team that works with the Class Action, Environmental, Qui Tam, and Opioid Litigation Groups.

In 2020, Ms. Lambert earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communication with a concentration in political communication and a minor in psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She received her law degree from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2023. Additionally, Ms. Lambert earned a graduate diploma in comparative law and a graduate certificate in estate planning and taxation.

After law school, Ms. Lambert clerked for a real estate, elder law and estate-planning law firm in her hometown of Birmingham, Alabama. Ms. Lambert is driven by a commitment to fairness and advocacy; she strives to create meaningful change and provide peace of mind for individuals and communities alike.

Ms. Lambert is “mom” to a playful Siberian Husky. In her free time, Ms. Lambert enjoys being outside with her dog, watching LSU sports, watercolor painting and traveling to national parks.
