Aggie Miklasewicz joined the law firm of Baron and Budd in 2024. She is part of the firm’s document review team that works with the Class Action, Environmental, Qui Tam, and Opioid Litigation Groups.

Ms. Miklasewicz received her undergraduate degree in Political Science Honors in 2013 at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Before considering a career in law, Ms. Miklasewicz worked in logistics and real estate. She continued her legal education at Western Michigan University where she was winner of the Intrastate Mock Trial competition. With a concentration in business transactions, she interned for a full service commercial real estate firm in Detroit where she worked on lease modifications with downtown Detroit’s commercial tenants during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ms. Miklasewicz was a recipient of the 2018 Polish American Congress of Michigan Scholarship Fund. In her last semester at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in Auburn Hills, Ms. Miklasewicz trained with the Resolution Services Center of Central Michigan in mediation techniques and philosophy. She received her Juris Doctor in 2021. Aggie Miklasewicz was inspired to join Baron & Budd by the firm’s mission to hold opioid manufacturers and distributors responsible for the opioid epidemic.

In her free time, Ms. Miklasewicz enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter. She will take any opportunity to hike, camp or backpack in the mountains. Before settling down, she and her husband traveled around the world for two years.
