Aidan Sanchez joined Baron & Budd’s Los Angeles office in 2026. He is an associate in the firm’s Class Action Litigation Group.
Prior to joining Baron & Budd, Mr. Sanchez worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, New York, from 2023 to 2026. There, he worked in the Appellate Bureau where he successfully drafted appellate briefs and provided oral arguments on behalf of the State of New York in more than ten criminal appeals before the First Department of the New York Appellate Division.
Mr. Sanchez received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023. As a law student, he clerked for a small firm and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Peter G. Sheridan in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also interned for the Honorable Judge Robert R. Gardner in the Essex County Superior Court, Civil Division.
Mr. Sanchez chose to become a lawyer because he believes that the American legal system is one of society’s great equalizers. At its best, the administration of justice provides a forum in which adversarial ideas can be tested against one another through reasoned arguments and evidence.
In his free time, Mr. Sanchez enjoys trying new foods, reading, and writing. He also has a penchant for all things science fiction.
