Benjamin Fink joined Baron & Budd as an attorney in 2025. He is part of the firm’s document review team that works with the Class Action, Environmental, Qui Tam, and Opioid Litigation Groups.
Mr. Fink graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, in December of 2019, with a major in political science and minors in writing and philosophy. In May of 2023, he graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing, Michigan, with his Juris Doctor. During his time in law school, Mr. Fink was awarded two Jurisprudence Achievement Awards: one in International Intellectual Property and the other in Trademark Counterfeiting.
Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Fink became a licensed attorney in the state of Michigan in 2023. Prior to joining Baron & Budd, Mr. Fink worked at a small law firm in the Lansing area as a law clerk and legal assistant.
Outside of work, Mr. Fink finds joy in playing with his two cats and watching movies. He also enjoys listening to music, playing video games, creating digital art, and spending time with friends and family.
