Heath Summers

Heath Summers joined Baron & Budd as an attorney in 2024. He is part of the document review team that works with the Class Action, Environmental, Qui Tam, and Opioid Litigation Groups.

Mr. Summers earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Missouri in St. Louis, MO, where he graduated with cum laude distinction in 2014. In addition to being named to the Dean’s List, Mr. Summers was a member of the Tau Sigma Honor Society and Sigma Pi Fraternity.

Mr. Summers earned his J.D from Drexel University’s School of Law in Philadelphia, PA, in 2022 and became a first-generation lawyer in his family. After graduating, Mr. Summers worked for the City of Philadelphia Law Department.

Mr. Summers is excited to join Baron & Budd. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies, watching sports, spending time with family, and cheering on Tottenham Hotspur.
