Love Osemwegie joined Baron & Budd as an attorney in 2024. She is part of the document review team that works with the Class Action, Environmental, Qui Tam, and Opioid Litigation Groups.

Ms. Osemwegie earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Afterward, she attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, where she received her Master of Public Administration (MPA) with summa cum laude distinction. During her graduate studies, Ms. Osemwegie interned at the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. Thereafter, she pursued her law degree at Texas Tech School of Law and became a first-generation lawyer in her family, graduating in 2023.

During law school, Ms. Osemwegie served as the Executive Legal Editor for the Texas Bank Lawyer Journal at Tech Law. She also served as the Community Outreach Chair for the Black Law Student Association and interned with a civil and family law judge. During her final year of law school, Ms. Osemwegie worked at the Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Clinic.

Ms. Osemwegie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, cooking intercontinental dishes, and listening to music. She also enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community.
