Samantha Dubiel

Samantha Dubiel joined Baron & Budd as an attorney in 2024. She is part of the document review team that works with our Class Action, Environmental, Qui Tam, and Opioid Litigation Groups.

Ms. Dubiel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan where she graduated in 2015. Afterward, she attended Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Auburn Hills, Michigan, graduating in 2019. While attending law school on an honors scholarship, Ms. Dubiel served as president of her Student Bar Association in 2018 as well as the director of public relations in fall of 2017. Ms. Dubiel received the Leadership Achievement Award in 2019 for her substantial involvement in on-campus activities. Ms. Dubiel’s paper, titled Child Vehicular Hyperthermia: The Preventable Accidental Tragedy, the Current and Future Law Surrounding the Rising Epidemic, and Possible Solutions for the Future of our Children, was published in the Thomas M. Cooley Law School Journal of Practical and Clinical Law in 2019.

Prior to joining Baron & Budd, Ms. Dubiel practiced regulatory law with a focus on licensing and compliance work. Ms. Dubiel has always had a passion for helping others and is excited about the opportunity that Baron & Budd has given her to truly change people’s lives.

Ms. Dubiel is the first in her family to practice law. In her spare time, she enjoys reading novels.
