Lynnze English is an attorney in Baron & Budd’s document review team that works with the Class Action, Environmental, Qui Tam, and Opioid Litigation Groups. She joined the firm in 2024.
Ms. English earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Communications from Howard University in Washington, DC, and went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law. Afterward, she furthered her legal expertise by attaining a Master of Laws in Taxation from University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law in Gainesville. During law school, Ms. English interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, as well as the Maryland Office of the Public Defender. Prior to joining Baron & Budd, Ms. English worked on transactional tax matters.
An Ohio native, Ms. English remains connected to her community through her membership on the Ohio 4-H Foundation Board, where she supports 4-H youth across Ohio through programming, scholarships and awards. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Ms. English grew up with a passion for writing. She attended a performing arts high school where she majored in creative writing and authored her first novel at age sixteen. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling and reading. Ms. English is committed to education excellence, lifelong learning, and creating positive social impact. This has led her to a fulfilling and enriching life, both personally and professionally.
