Allen Vaught

Allen Vaught, Of Counsel to Baron & Budd, has more than 15 years of experience working on complex, multi-party litigation. Vaught, a purple heart veteran, heads the firm's Employment Law Section, where he primarily focuses on unpaid overtime wage class actions. Most recently, Vaught was selected as the "Litigator of the Week" by legal publication Texas Lawyer for a major award that he won on behalf of a group of mechanics who were  incorrectly classified as independent contractors by their employer.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Vaught has also previously served as a member of the Texas House of Representatives and as a U.S. Army captain in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Read the full bio here.
