Kathryn Pryor, a shareholder at Baron & Budd, joined Baron & Budd’s litigation team in 2015. The focus of her career has been representing individuals who have been diagnosed with preventable asbestos-caused diseases. As a trial attorney, Ms. Pryor has litigated cases across the country and has served as lead attorney in jury trials in California, Illinois, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

Since starting her legal career in 2009, Ms. Pryor has successfully litigated numerous cases on behalf of individuals who have been wrongfully injured, specifically in asbestos litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, and cases involving catastrophic injuries. Ms. Pryor is proud to be a part of Baron & Budd’s litigation team, where she can continue that important work.

“I enjoy being able to provide some peace of mind to our clients in what is one of the most difficult times of their lives”, says Ms. Pryor. “Knowing that companies who acted negligently are being held accountable for the injuries they caused and, more importantly, that they could have prevented, gives me immense satisfaction.”

Ms. Pryor was born in Cook County, Illinois, and raised in Dallas, Texas. She attended college and law school in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after being one of three students accepted into the University of Tulsa’s Accelerated Law Program, and completing her undergraduate coursework in three years. When not practicing law, Ms. Pryor enjoys spending time with her family in Dallas.
