Chad Morgan

Chad Morgan joined Baron & Budd’s Class Action Group as an attorney in 2023. He reviews documents and provides analysis for the major class actions in which the firm is involved.

Mr. Morgan received his Master of Business Administration from Wheeling University in Wheeling, West Virginia in 2015. He received his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina in 2019, where he was active in the Entertainment, Art and Sports Law Society. While in law school, Mr. Morgan interned at South Carolina Legal Services, a nonprofit partially funded by the South Carolina Bar Foundation which provides free legal assistance in a wide variety of civil legal matters to eligible low-income residents of South Carolina. He is licensed to practice law in Alabama and New Mexico.

Chad Morgan was born and raised in West Virginia, where he enjoyed a childhood spent participating in sports and outdoor activities. He relishes an opportunity to work on significant class action matters at Baron & Budd that seek to protect the safety of consumers and the public at large.
