Huffington Post Investigation of Atrazine Contamination
The issue of atrazine contamination in public drinking water has received significant media attention in recent days, including a recent New York Times article and this video from the Huffington Post Investigative Fund. Baron & Budd’s water contamination litigation team, led by veteran water attorney Scott Summy, currently represents dozens of public water providers seeking to recover the costs of treating water supplies for atrazine contamination.
