The cases Baron & Budd takes on often raise unique legal issues and important questions of public policy, issues that potentially impact the rights of the injured and the integrity of our civil justice system.
Recognizing that our clients need lawyers who can protect their rights by presenting these issues to trial and appeals courts in ways that can favorably impact the outcome on legal issues where little guidance is available, Baron & Budd's appellate attorneys devote their practice to legal research, writing, and appellate advocacy.
