Biography

Frank Fleming knew he wanted to be a lawyer based on his father’s example of professionalism and commitment to helping others. He found that being a lawyer gave him the chance to help others with problems that were difficult to understand and resolve on their own.

“There’s a real pleasure in being able to take a complicated issue and to break it down into parts that your client can understand,” Frank says. “The Law is such a daunting mystery to so many so often, I love being able to relate the complexities of the law to people who need my help.”

Before joining Baron & Budd, Frank had a solo law practice in Dallas. While he enjoyed serving his clients in his own practice, Frank is excited to join Baron & Budd where he can work side by side with other experienced attorneys who share his dedication to clients.

While an undergraduate at the University of Texas at Austin, Frank served as president of the student body. He was one of a handful of students selected for membership in the Friar Society, the university’s oldest and one of its most prestigious honor societies. Frank also received the Arno Nowotny Award in recognition of his outstanding service to the university.
